 How do I place an order?

Select desired collection, click item of your choice. Next pick color (if applicable) and quantity,  now add to cart. After you have completed your selection, go to the cart in the top right corner of the screen. Proceed to check out.

 How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed immediately, shipped using standard delivery within 5-7 days. However, some items maybe back-ordered. If so, you will receive notification via email. Express delivery is available for an additional fee, items with express options will be noted with ** and are delivered within 1-3 days. 

PLEASE NOTE Brand Name items take longer to process therefore none of these items are not available for express shipping. Any orders that contain Brand Name item, and request express delivery:  Express Delivery Fee of $6.90 will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding and support. We work hard to get quality items therefore shipping timeframe can be longer for these orders. 

Can I Return My Item?

We accept returns for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON RETURNSWe work hard to offer the best products we can find. We can assure you of complete satisfaction. Please email serynitisboutique@gmail.com for the return address. Return Policy

Please contact us at 470-344-5763 Call or text. Also, communication via email is a quicker response time as the volume of calls can be heavy and result in missed calls.

Can I be notified when items I like become available?

Yes, any sold out items may become available in the future, therefore it's important to subscribe to the newsletter to receive alerts on new arrivals and all other updates. 

What do I need to do to return my items?

All returns must be in the original state and received within 7 days of delivery.** Customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost to return these items, shipping address will be provided via email.

Does the brand name items come with card, box and duster bags?

Yes, Many of the brand name items such as Gucci, LV, Versace etc, comes with the card, duster bag and box. Also, some items come with the actual receipt of purchase from the brand name store with conversion dollar amount of the actual cost of the item. 

 Will I receive my order by Christmas?

 Christmas orders must be placed before December 7th to guarantee delivery before December 24th. We will make every effort  to get these items processed and shipped as quickly as possible. As noted throughout the website, Brand name items take longer as these come from the manufacturer.

 Are your brand name items authentic?

Yes, we purchase all items from the manufacturers.
